DIG Movers & Shakers Sub-Group If you are already an experienced investor or real estate wheeler-dealer looking to mastermind with others who are actively transacting DIG members, this may be the group for you. Everyone at the group is expected to contribute for the benefit of the group. If you haven't yet read Napoleon Hill's Think & Grow Rich, please grab a copy to get a better idea of what the mastermind concept is. There is a bar of entry to join this group. We ask you to have at least 5 HUD-1 sheets under your belt from recent deals or 10 wholesale assignments within the past year or so. This is just to ensure that all members are currently active in transacting (Moving & Shaking)! Topics will vary based on the need of the group... Marketing, Deal Structuring, Advanced Strategies, Private Money, Using IRAs, Managing Employees, Outsourcing, etc. are some of the topics we may collaborate on. If the group gets any larger than 7 or so, we'll probably split to 2 tables.

The Ft.Wash. Reader and Writer Moms Meetup Our first meeting was a success! We had 7 very nice women show up for wine and snacks. We discussed the joys :) of motherhood and what we are currently reading or have read recently. It was a great night out! This month we are reading Water For Elephants by Sara Gruen. Our next meeting is scheduled for September 23. That gives you 5 weeks to get the book and start reading. We plan to meet at either Jo-Jo's Coffee shop in Ambler or Zakes Cakes in Fort Washington. The Highlands Craft Show Artists display their crafts throughout the mansion and heated tent. Fabric, pottery, hand-bags, jewelry and fabric art are some of the crafts that will be for sale. Admission charged. Saturday hours are 10AM-5PM and Sunday hours are 10AM-4PM. A Preview Party will be held Friday, October 1 from 6PM-9PM for guests to shop in advance of the show’s weekend hours.
